Blackjack
Everyone of legal age can relate to the term Blackjack. Why? Very easily. Blackjack is one of the most famous card games and at the same time a real casino classic . While a few years ago you could only fall back on the casinos and large casinos for a round of blackjack, that has now changed. In numerous blackjack online casinos you can pursue your passion around the clock .
Blackjack plays simply explained
After the players and the dealer have received their cards, various moves are possible in blackjack. Which move is implemented naturally depends on the hand in hand. As a reminder: 21 has to be hit. We have listed here which moves and possibilities are possible in blackjack in casinos around the world :
Stand : Stand means that a player does not want to draw any more cards. This move is used when your own cards are already close enough to 21 and there is a risk of overbought.
Hit : Hit is the exact opposite and requires another card from the dealer. If the 21 is close enough, the stand can be played as a second move. If the cards are still too low, more cards can be drawn.
Split : In the case of a split, the start cards are split up. However, this is only possible if both starting cards have the same value. Important: an effort must be made for both hands. The hands are then played separately from each other.
Double : The double doubles the bet on one hand. This move must be announced before another card is drawn with a hit. After the double, players only receive one more card.
Insurance : With insurance, players can insure themselves against a blackjack from the dealer if the dealer has an ace as his starting card. The insurance requires half the stake of the players and only takes effect if the dealer actually holds a blackjack.
Surrender : Surrender means giving up. The casinos allow players to throw their cards away for half a bet. For example, when these do not offer any prospects of success. However, giving up is never recommended, as there is a chance that the dealer will overbuy even with supposedly bad cards.
Blackjack moves are not just for the player, but also for the dealer. This is tied to precise specifications . Should the dealer hold 17 or more points, he may no longer draw. If the point is 16 or less, the dealer must draw more cards. There are differences in the so-called "soft hands" in the casinos. These are the hands in which the ace is included. Here the casino determines individually whether the dealer has to draw again on a soft 17 or should stop.
